The Design was developed in the traditional Art Deco Style in the world famous Art Deco district of Miami beach, South Beach. This Hotel included a 800 room Oceanfront tower and a Historic renovation of the St. Moritz Hotel. This conceptual Design was a Developer driven Competition with the Peabody Hotel group in Association with RTKL Architects, Baltimore for the City of Miami Beach.
